# Connect TASVR to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor: step by step

- Every plan, the free one too, can connect by signing in. If you have no account yet, sign up inside the connect window.
- The address you paste into your AI app is the same for all of them: https://www.tasvr.ai/api/mcp
- A pasted API key is only for Pro and Enterprise. Most people do not need one.

## 3 free images at 1K

Every new account gets 3 free images. They are one-time, at 1K size only, and carry a small TASVR mark. No card is needed.

Creator makes images up to 2K and Pro and Enterprise up to 4K, with no mark.

If you ask for a bigger size on the free plan, TASVR says no and tells you why. Ask your AI for 1K, or change plan.

A 1K image costs 10 credits, or 12 credits when you use a reference photo. Planning a shot and looking at the preview cost nothing.

## Connect your AI app

Pick your app. Each one needs the address above and a TASVR sign-in once.

### Claude

_claude.ai, Desktop and mobile_

1. Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Paste the TASVR URL, leave everything else empty, and click Add.
3. Click Connect, sign in to TASVR and approve Claude.

### ChatGPT

_Developer mode, on the plans that offer it_

1. Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings → turn on Developer mode.
2. Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create, paste the TASVR URL and choose OAuth.
3. Sign in to TASVR and approve ChatGPT, then pick TASVR from the tools menu in a chat.

### Le Chat

_Mistral. In a team workspace an admin adds it_

1. Intelligence → Connectors → Add Connector → Custom MCP Connector.
2. Name it tasvr and paste the TASVR URL.
3. Connect, sign in to TASVR and approve Le Chat.

### Perplexity

_Pro, Max and Enterprise_

1. Settings → Connectors → Custom connector → Remote.
2. Name it TASVR, paste the URL and choose OAuth, then confirm the notice.
3. Sign in to TASVR and approve Perplexity.

### Gemini

_Gemini on the web, personal Google accounts, in English_

1. Settings → Connected Apps → Custom apps → Add a custom app.
2. Paste the TASVR URL.
3. Sign in to TASVR and approve Gemini. It then works in the Gemini mobile app too.

### Cursor

_Any plan. Pro and Enterprise can use a key instead_

1. Open Cursor's MCP settings and add a new server. Cursor opens its mcp.json file.
2. Add TASVR under mcpServers, as below, and save.
3. Click Connect or Login next to TASVR, sign in to TASVR and approve Cursor.
4. On Pro and Enterprise you can add "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" } with a key from Settings and skip the sign-in.

## Set a spending limit first

> A connected AI assistant can spend all the credits on your account. You can set a limit for each connection.

TASVR sets no limit by default, so set one before you let an assistant loose on your account. It takes a minute.

1. Sign in to TASVR, open Settings and go to "TASVR in your AI" (TASVR Settings > TASVR in your AI).
2. Find your connected app or key. Under it you see what it has spent and a spending limit.
3. Choose how many credits, and for which period: a day, a week, a month, or in total.
4. Save. When the limit is reached, TASVR stops making more images on that connection.

- Your AI assistant can set a limit or lower it. Only you, in Settings, can raise it, change its period or remove it.
- You can disconnect any app in the same place at any time.

## Three prompts to try

Say these to your connected assistant. Each starts with plan_shot, the TASVR tool that turns one line into a real shot plan.

- **"Use TASVR plan_shot: a Maharashtrian family lighting diyas at home on Diwali evening, warm light, 4:5."**
  - plan_shot picks real people, clothing, place and light from the TASVR catalogue and shows a preview and the credit cost. It spends nothing. Say yes, and the image is made.
- **"Same Diwali offer post for Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, with local faces and streets. Plan it first with TASVR plan_shot and show me the cost before you make anything."**
  - One line becomes three versions, one per city. You see the plan and the total credits before anything is spent.
- **"A woman from Kerala in a Kasavu saree at a backwater homestay, morning light. Plan the shot with TASVR and ask me if anything is unclear."**
  - If a choice is open, such as which community in Kerala, plan_shot asks you instead of guessing.

## If something does not work

- The sign-in page did not open: allow pop-ups for your AI app, then click Connect again.
- Your AI cannot find TASVR: in ChatGPT pick TASVR from the tools menu in the chat; in Claude make sure the TASVR connector is switched on.
- Asked for a size your plan does not have: ask for 1K, or see the plans at https://www.tasvr.ai/pricing.
