Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Content You May Not Create

You must not use Tasvr to generate, upload, store, or publish content that depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative context (including stylized or synthetic CSAM), constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery of a real identifiable person, impersonates a real individual without their consent, constitutes a political deepfake, promotes hatred or harassment against a protected group, or is defamatory toward a real identifiable person.

2. Identity & Document Misuse

You may not use Tasvr to create fraudulent identity or verification documents — passports, ID cards, KYC photos — or content intended to defeat biometric verification or facial-recognition systems.

3. Reference Photo Uploads

Uploading a photo of another person without their consent, or of a minor without guardian consent, violates this policy regardless of your intended use — see our Privacy Policy for the warranties you make when uploading a third party's photo.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not use Tasvr to infringe copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, or other protected material without a license or valid fair-use basis.

5. Platform Abuse

You may not scrape or reverse-engineer our models or training data, bypass rate limits, credit systems, or safety filters, automate account creation to abuse free trials, or resell access to the service without authorization.

6. Enforcement

We use automated filtering and, where appropriate, human review to detect violations. Depending on severity, consequences include content removal, credit forfeiture, a warning, suspension, permanent termination, and — for unlawful content such as CSAM — referral to law enforcement as required by law. We may act immediately without prior warning for severe violations.

7. Reporting

To report content that may violate this policy, or a suspected non-consensual upload, email tasvrindia@gmail.com or use the in-app report function. See our Grievance Redressal policy for formal complaint and takedown procedures.
