1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Tasvr, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our AI-Generated Content Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Your Account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under Indian law to use Tasvr. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
3. What Tasvr Generates
Tasvr generates AI images — including fully synthetic, ethnicity- and region-differentiated human portraits — for commercial and editorial stock-photo licensing. Except where you upload your own or a consented third party's reference photo, generated faces are algorithmically synthesized and do not depict any specific real person. 4. Credits & Subscriptions
Generations consume credits. Subscription credits are granted each billing cycle and do not roll over; pay-as-you-go top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. New accounts receive a limited free trial. Prices are shown in INR and billed via Razorpay; Aerochrome Private Limited is not currently GST-registered, so no GST is added at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful content; not to create non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonate real people, or use uploaded photos without the depicted person's consent; not to generate fraudulent identity documents or content aimed at defeating biometric verification; and not to abuse or attempt to bypass credit limits or platform security. 6. Content Ownership & License
We retain the underlying platform and model IP. You receive a license to generated images under our Image License Agreement (Standard or Extended), not a copyright assignment. Output is not exclusive to you by default. You're responsible for how you use generated content, including any permissions needed for likenesses, logos, or brands you upload as references.
7. Community Bazaar
Images you choose to publish to the Community Bazaar become visible to other users, and to the public where the gallery is publicly indexed. The synthetic-content disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy still apply to anything you publish, and we may remove content that violates them or applicable law.
8. Refunds
Credits are generally non-refundable once a generation is delivered; failed generations are automatically refunded. For billing issues, contact tasvrindia@gmail.com — see our Refund & Billing Policy for details.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
The service and all output are provided "as is," without warranty that any output will be free of coincidental resemblance to a real person. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding 12 months; we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us for misuse of the service, and we'll support you against right-of-publicity claims arising from unmodified, license-compliant use of output, under the conditions in our AI-Generated Content Policy.
10. Service Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the platform evolves. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
11. Governing Law & Grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Complaints and IP/publicity-rights takedown notices are handled under our Grievance Redressal policy, which names our Grievance Officer and response timelines, before any formal legal action.
