1. Data We Collect
We collect the email address and name you provide at sign-up (or that Google shares when you sign in with Google), the images and prompts you generate, the workspaces and galleries you create, reference photos you choose to upload as generation guidance, billing records, and basic usage/device data. We do not sell your personal data.
2. Reference Photos & Facial Data
If you upload your own photo or someone else's photo to guide a generation, we use it only to guide the style, pose, and composition of the output — never to identify or verify anyone's identity, and we don't extract or store a facial-recognition template from it. The photo is kept in your reference library until you delete it or close your account. If you upload a photo of another person, you confirm you have their consent (or, for a minor, their parent/guardian's consent). We never use uploaded photos to train our models unless you separately opt in. Anyone who believes their photo was uploaded without consent can email us to have it removed.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate the service: to authenticate you, generate and store your images, track your credit balance and subscription, provide support, and meet legal obligations like accounting recordkeeping. We do not use your data for purposes beyond these without asking first.
4. Generated Images & Content
Images you generate are stored in your private account storage and are visible only to you unless you explicitly choose to publish them (for example, to the Community Bazaar). You retain rights to your generated content as permitted by the underlying model providers and our Image License Agreement.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store records of your transactions, plan, and credit grants, but we never store your full card or banking details — those are handled by Razorpay under their own security and compliance. Aerochrome Private Limited is not currently GST-registered, so no GST is charged. Invoice records are kept for at least 8 years as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your account data, images, and reference photos are stored with Supabase. Access is protected by row-level security so that one user cannot read another user's data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you and, where required, the Data Protection Board of India, without undue delay in the event of a breach affecting your data.
7. Sharing With Third Parties
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — Razorpay for payments, Supabase for storage/auth, and our AI image-generation infrastructure providers for processing your prompts and reference photos. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else without your consent or a valid legal requirement.
8. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, and nominate someone to act on your behalf if you're unable to. 9. Age Requirement
Tasvr is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
